Carpet Cleaning

Our carpet cleaning process begins with a carpet inspection. We’ll evaluate any stains, determine whether they can be removed and how. Our IICRC Certified carpet cleaning technicians then come in, vacuum any loose soil from carpet, pre-treat and scrub carpet to remove deep soils and detach them from the fibers, then extract with hot water extraction and a solution rinse to remove soils. After extraction we set carpet fans down in order to increase dry time. Done regularly, this service not only provides cleaner carpets that will last longer, but healthier and more allergy friendly air quality in the home and office.

Tile & Grout Cleaning, Sealing & Coloring

We clean Tile & Grout via hot water extraction. We pre-treat and scrub the tile & grout in order to remove soils ground-in soils. We then extract the soils with hot water extraction and a neutralizing rinse. If desired, a penetrating sealer can be applied to the grout in order to prevent future soils from getting into the pores of the grout, making cleaning your tile much easier. Also, if desired, grout can be re-colored. Grout color seal can be applied to the grout to make your grout a new color!.

Furniture Cleaning

Our furniture cleaning process begins with a pre-inspection. We’ll evaluate the furniture for spots and determine its fiber composition in order to determine the proper way to clean them. If the best process is hot water extraction, our technicians pre-treat and scrub the furniture to remove deep soils and detach them from the fibers, then extract with hot water extraction and a neutralizing rinse. If the fiber is more delicate and can’t handle hot water extraction, our technicians will dry clean them with a professional dry-cleaning agent that gets applied directly to the fibers. Done regularly, this service provides cleaner, longer lasting furniture.

Done regularly, this service provides cleaner, longer lasting area rugs.

VCT Refinishing

Our VCT refinishing process starts with a pre-inspection. Our technicians sweep in order to remove any loose dirt, then apply a stripping solution to the floor via a mop and scrub the floor in order to remove the existing finish including existing soils. The waste is cleaned up via mops and vacuums, and multiple coats of new finish is applied via roller or microfiber mop, making your VCT Floor look brand new again.

Hardwood Cleaning & Protecting

Our Hardwood Cleaning process starts with a pre-inspection. The pre-inspection will allow us to determine the best cleaning process for your hardwood floor and how we can remove/rearrange all furniture from the floors needing polished if necessary. Our technicians will pretreat the hardwood floor & scrub, then extract using a hard surface vac. Once the floor is dry a protector may be applied via microfiber if necessary &/or logistically possible. If protector is applied, furniture can be placed back 3 hours after finish is applied and heavy traffic is allowed after 24 hours.
